per Julee's earlier post.....as the recepitionist at Wilcox Tire , I do not suck on suckers, and I always greet every customer that comes into our shop. If you ask me a question about a tire , I do my best to let you know what we have in stock or can special order per your request. Obviously the day you were at our shop, my daughter must have been taking my place, which does not happen very often. but emergencys do come up. I am SORRY you felt you were not waited on properly, but I do hope you will come back again, and let us prove to you that we DO APPRECIATE all of our customers. Thanks
Last minute had to get for heavy trailer tires replaced. Had 45 minutes. They were courteous and quick. Fair prices and they did a good job with the installation.

these guys have been great. had some problems with some lowlife wheel dealer in Florida and was not a man of his word. Wilcox has been putting up with me waiting around for this guy to get the wheel to them and finally I had to get it somewhere else. 2-3 weeks They have been extremely patient, kind and courteous. The reason I want them to put this wheel on is because I want it road forced balanced because it is a much better ride than just a regular machine balanced wheel.
