Ordered flowers for my wife on our anniversary. They said they'd deliver them two hours later, but no flowers arrived. Had to call the next day and cancel, and they still tried to charge me.
I am from out of town. Rebecca was so wonderful and assisted my needs with an immediate response. The services were in 6hrs. The gorgeous basket with plants and fresh flowers was finished and a picture sent to me for my viewing in approximately an hr and ready for delivery. Thank you so much
