Bought a new 1025r last year have no power on the Hydraulics or Hydro. They've had it twice and keep saying they've done every test John Deere has on it and it works fine but it won't spin the wheels and 2 wheel drive in mud. And It won't lift 200 pounds. But they say that is all they can do. Will not climb a hill and high side. But flies down the hill almost out of control. And the power steering has quit several times. But they can't fix it. I'm wondering if they're just trying to limp it along until the warranty runs out. It only has 100 hrs on it now.
Purchased a used John Deere zero turn mower from Sydenstricker. The machine had some issues that I discovered after the deal was done. The sales manager was easy to work with to resolve these issues. I give them 5 stars for being accommodating and working through the issues on a used machine.
